1. heat up some olive oil on the fry pan
2. lightly fry some Maitake(舞茸) mushrooms, and add the rice on top of them
3. turn down the heat
4. pour some Kimchi(牛角 brand - my favorite) on top of the rice and let them cooked for few minutes
5. stir and fry them for another few minutes
This time I added a fried fish on top. Which I will write about it next time if anyone is interested :)
